Greek tycoon, Matthias Rosso rules with heavy force, giving up control is not something he intends on doing - not even in death. His sins and regrets have finally caught up with him and he intends to make amends from the grave. In accordance to his will, his children, Antonio, Alexandria and Eva are to inherit his earthly fortune -except for his late wife's most prized possession and her burial ground; Villa Livia on Kato Antilleri. This he is leaving into the hands of Antonio's ex-girlfriend, Claire Bennett. But wait there's more...Antonio must get married before his twenty fifth birthday, a month away or else he forfeits his and his sister's inheritance.
The history surrounding Matthias, Antonio and Claire went south the day Matthias accused Claire of being a gold digging art student. She turned to Antonio for defense but his silence told her he agreed with his father's accusations. She wanted to defend herself, to speak out but she didn't. Instead she stood before their scrutiny and accepted Matthias' every word as a guilty child. Antonio and Claire drifted apart and soon the passion between them dwindled.
Luring Claire to Greece under the disguise of a job opportunity was the easy part. Convincing her to marry him in a month's time and handing over Villa Livia is the challenge.
Both still harboured old scars and wounds, living in the hurt of their past. There is nothing left to do than to move on. This time it is Antonio who needs Claire. Her reluctance will not deter his pursuit. He will stop at nothing to claim that which he wants. Will his determination cost him his heart?
Just how I like my reads on occasions, short and spicy. The should we or shouldn't we love story captivated my heart and attention and gave me something to nibble on in between reads.
The Greek Billionaire' s Blackmailed Bride had me like "Yass! You did that Leslie North." Intimate, fun and captivating is my three cents on this novel. I'm looking forward to reading the others within the Rosso Family Series. Happy Reading!
